Manaslu Circuit trek starts from Gorkha District via Arughat or Sotikhola. Moreover, the Manaslu circuit trek can be extended further to Manang, also crossing the Annapurna Conservation area.
Soti Khola is the peak starting point for Manaslu Circuit Trek, as it is about 7 hours of drive from Kathmandu. The journey to Soti Khola offers epic scenes of green hills, river flow, locals, and bumpy tracks.
Via Private Transfer:
Private vehicle is the premium option to reach Soti Khola from Kathmandu. It is easier, faster, and safer than Public vehicles. Moreover, we do not recommend public transport to reach Soti Khola from Kathmandu. We offer private car, jeep for a faster and safer journey to Sotikhola.
The roadways to Soti Khola start from Prithivi Highway, but the track diverts towards the Gorkha district, from where we reach Soti Khola. It takes six-plus hours to arrive, but the majestic beauty of Annapurna, Manaslu, Langtang, and Ganesh Himal makes the journey auspicious.
But sometimes due to rain, the track gets busty. So during such cases, it’s good to start Manaslu Circuit trekking from Arughat. The trek from Arughat to Soti Khola is about 3-4 Hrs. Especially during monsoon season, the track might be slippery, so Arughat is the starting point in these cases.
